This Privacy Policy explains how Velpuri Enterprises Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the OutfitGrader AI mobile application (the “App”).

1. Our Identity & Contact Information

2. Data We Collect

We collect limited personal information directly from you or automatically as you use the App. Please note that we do not collect your email address, full name, username, or password, nor do we offer direct sign-in with Apple, Google, or other third-party social providers.

A. Information You Provide to Us: When you first use the App, you may provide us with information such as your Gender, Age, and Style Preferences during the onboarding process. This information is stored in our Supabase database and is used solely to tailor the AI analysis provided by the App. Additionally, you upload images of outfits (“Outfit Photos”) directly within the App. We access your device’s camera or photo library to allow you to upload these photos, and these photos are stored in our Supabase database. While we do not actively solicit or collect data from general user communications within the App, if you choose to contact us directly for support or inquiries (e.g., via email), we will process the content of your communication to respond to your request.

B. Information Collected Automatically: We use standard analytics tools provided by Apple through App Store Connect. These tools may collect aggregated and anonymized data related to app crashes and performance such as device type, operating system, and crash logs to help us identify and fix issues and improve app functionality. This crash data is not directly linked to your personal identity. When you make an in-app purchase, payment processing is handled directly by Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card details or other sensitive financial information. We receive limited, non-financial information from Apple (via RevenueCat) about your subscription status, including whether you have an active subscription, its renewal date, product ID, and transaction ID. We use this information solely to grant and manage your access to premium features.

We do NOT automatically collect: detailed usage data (like specific features used, time spent on screens, buttons clicked, or frequency of use) - nor do we collect unique device identifiers (such as Device ID), IP addresses, operating system versions, device models, language settings, time zones, or push notification tokens.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for specific purposes only. For core App functionality, we use your uploaded Outfit Photos and onboarding answers (Gender, Age, Style Preferences) solely to provide you with AI-powered style analyses and ratings; the images are sent to our AI model for processing and analysis and are not used for any other purpose. We also use your subscription status information to enable and manage your access to premium features of the App. Lastly, data collected through Apple’s App Store analytics, such as crash reports, is used to monitor app performance, identify bugs, and improve the stability and overall functionality of the App.

We do NOT use your data for: sending marketing emails or notifications - nor for personalized advertising within the app or on other platforms - and we do NOT train any AI models using your specific personal data or Outfit Photos.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in limited circumstances with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating and improving our App. These providers only have access to information necessary to perform their specific functions and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes. Our third-party service providers include: RevenueCat (for managing in-app subscriptions and facilitating payment processing via Apple’s App Store; we receive subscription status, product IDs, and transaction details from RevenueCat) - Supabase (as our backend database, where your onboarding answers, uploaded Outfit Photos, and AI analyses results are stored) - Framer (for hosting our public website, https://dripcheck.framer.website/, which includes this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use) - and Apple (for facilitating in-app purchases via the App Store and providing aggregated crash analytics through App Store Connect).

Additionally, we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court order or government agency. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do NOT engage in business transfers or share aggregated/anonymized data with other entities beyond the essential service providers necessary for the app’s operation and described above.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Outfit Photos, onboarding answers, and AI analyses for as long as your account exists within our Supabase storage. You can delete your Outfit Photos and associated data by deleting your account directly within the App. This action will permanently remove your stored photos and onboarding answers from our Supabase database. 6. Your Data Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal data, subject to applicable law. These rights include: the right to access the personal data we hold about you - the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you - the right to erasure (deletion), as you can delete your account within the App to remove your data - the right to object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances - and the right to withdraw consent where we rely on your consent to process your personal data. 7. International Data Transfers

As Velpuri Enterprises Inc. is based in Canada and uses services like Supabase (which may have servers in various locations, including the US), your data may be processed and stored outside of your country of residence. We strive to ensure that any international transfers of personal data are done in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. We may also notify you via email (if we have your contact information) or through in-app notifications. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
